Erika Stallings

Erika is an attorney with 9+ years of legal experience in intellectual property matters including trademark and copyright infringement litigation, trademark clearance and prosecution, online brand enforcement and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board matters.

Collaborates with multiple business units including creative, distribution and administration as well as senior executives and non-employee vendors and outside counsel to bring strategic solutions to complex legal and business affairs problems.

Frequently speaks on issues relating to entertainment and intellectual property law. Past speaking engagements include the New York State Bar Association, the University of Florida Entertainment and Sports Law Society Symposium and the MONDO. NYC music conference.
Erika also serves as the founding co-chair of the Basser Center for BRCA Young Leadership Council, which raises money to support research into cancers caused by BRCA1/2 mutations.

She earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and was the recipient of a Morehead Scholarship and J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
